Suit single quiet woman.
Pet Care for 1 lovely king charles cavalier. Our gentle small dog likes company so it would suit someone who plans to be around during at least some of the day, and every night. She does not need exercise or big walks. She had a bad tick paralysis in October so she needs checking every day for ticks and is covered with tick prevention and is close shaved so it is easy to feel a tick.
No other pets thank you.
Easy 6km quick drive to Dee Why beach or bus to Manly.
Nice cool house for summer with 2 big decks.
