What We’re Looking For:

1-2 non-smoking, trustworthy people, who are
Compassionate and calm, especially with anxious dogs which Archie is.
Ability to be home with him for most of the day, but obviously we're okay with few hours outside the house a day (to do your thing!)
Someone who enjoys a peaceful environment and outdoor walks (we’re in a stunning location with lots of scenic walks nearby!)
Contemporary stylish home with all mod cons.
About Archie:

10-year-old mini black Cavoodle
Very shy and gentle but has some anxiety when left alone
He enjoys a walk, a visit to local cafe , and will do anything for his favourite
treats FitnFlash chicken fillets, I will have the fussy poodle ' food all organised

The house

1. Split-level duplex with separate rental unit on the lower level (private and quiet)
2. Beautiful scenic area, at the end of the road leading to the Sydney Harbour National Park ( dogs not allowed)
3. Short scenic walk from Fairlight to Manly, 40 baskets beach walk and Tania Park (perfect to take Archie there)
4. Nearby: Stockland shopping centre (hop skip pick-up or drive), IGA (walk or drive to Balgowlah), and Manly Beach (10-minute drive)

We’re looking for someone who can offer Archie the calm, loving care he needs while also enjoying our scenic location.
