We need a house sitter

South Western - South West

Alison and Steven

Southwest Western Australia: Just two hours south of Perth, nestled in the stunning Darling Escarpment, our charming home is in need of a house or farm sitter. Set in the heart of the Jarrah Forest, you'll enjoy fresh air and the freedom to roam. Our 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom brick home is surrounded by gardens and verandahs on a spacious 13-acre lot, offering ample space from our four neighbors.
We are located right beside the Largest Dam Mural, with Wellington National Park, wineries, rolling hills, valleys, and wonderful bushwalking opportunities all nearby under the beautiful Jarrah canopy. A large shopping precinct is just 25 kilometers away.
Caravans and motor homes are welcome. Responsibilities include caring for two dogs, chickens, and sheep, as well as minimal garden watering since most of the irrigation is reticulated. Our property is 18km from Collie & 18km from Roelands

Alison and Steve were welcoming and friendly when we arrived, the dogs Molly and Charlie were also friendly with molly full of energy. The sheep and chickens basically looked after themselves, given some feed daily, Communication between us both were also good, we enjoyed being there , a nice quiet property, thank you Steve and Alison for accepting us.

ERIKA & PETER (Jun 2024 - 3 weeks)
We loved every moment of our time at Alison and Steve's paradise in Worsley, despite all the rain. It was so easy to connect with their delightful dogs Charlie and Molly and their much loved feathered and woolly family. Their property is calming, comfortable and cosy. We were made to feel so welcome and appreciated before, during and after our housesit and we couldn't recommend them more highly. This is a housesit experience that will stay with us for a while. Thank you.
