Our 2 bedroom townhouse is in a quiet street in West Footscray. We're right next to parkland with a big backyard, the perfect place for someone who enjoys peace and quiet and watching the birds while you enjoy your morning coffee.

There is a desk setup in both the master bedroom and study nook for anyone looking for a work from home space. There is plenty of street parking, the train station is a 15 minute walk away, and the local milk bar is a 5 minute walk up the road.

We are looking for a housesitter to water the plants and look after our two cats while we are away for Christmas.

The cats, Soots and Sly, are low maintenance, they enjoy the day sleeping in the bedroom or playing in the enclosed back garden. Sly is the younger sibling: he will follow you around for attention, play in the backyard and snooze under the desk. Soots is older sibling: her days will be spent ignoring you unless she needs your body heat.

House Tasks: collect mail, water plants. We have a few indoor plants that need watering a couple of times a week. Outdoor there are herbs and veggies that need a 15 minute water every 3-ish days. Note: we fly back on Christmas day so housesit can finish either evening of the 24th or day of the 25th.
