Lovely peaceful rural property only 40 minutes to Mudgee and 1 hour to Dubbo on 7km of dirt road.
Requiring care for our 3 dogs (1 work dog and the other 2 think they are!) plus cat and, if possible, feeding the horses once per day.
Minimum farm maintenance, just watering of garden beds as required.
Very comfortable new home with AC, Starlink internet and phone service or bring your own caravan and plug into our power and water.

Amy and Chris were fabulous. We had good communication even before we arrived, They were very welcoming, and gave us the choice of two accommodations, it was all very easy and comfortable for us. The dogs were an absolute pleasure to look after, so good natured and fun. The horses were no trouble to feed at all, and nice just to sit behind the fence and watch. The peace and quiet was just perfect for us, Thanks so much Amy and Chris, for the opportunity to spend time on your farm.
