Hi there! We live on 2.5 acres in the beautiful town of Williamstown in the southern Barossa. We have one dog, one cat, 8 chickens and 4 sheep. Minimal animal care needed. Lock up cat and dog at night and let out every morning. Collect eggs. Feed animals and walk Louie our dog. He is twelve years old, a medium sized dog who is very gentle and loving. Our cat Obi loves cuddles and scratches too. Due to some allergies in the family no animals inside. We have an above ground pool which would require minimal upkeep. Garden is on automatic irrigation so no watering required.
Our home is an easy and scenic 20 min drive from Tanunda, 15mins from Gawler and about 60mins from Adelaide CBD.
Great location to explore both the beautiful Barossa Valley and the Adelaide Hills or scenic drive to Clare Valley. Our house is easy walking distance from the main street and only a ten minute drive from Mount Crawford Forest and one of our favourite spots, Rocky Paddock. Also close to local reservoirs where non motorised water sports are permitted. Plenty of beautiful bush walks nearby. If you are a wine lover like us you will want to check out some of the best wines and wineries in the world right on our doorstep.
