Elphinstone VIC

Hello we are looking for a house sitter for our 3 dogs and 1 cat. We live in a low maintenance 4 years old, 4 bedroom home on 1.5 acres. Elphinstone has direct access to the Calder Freeway and is located approx. 25 minutes from Bendigo. It is situated between Kyneton and Castlemaine, the Victorian gold fields region.

Our home has amazing heating and cooling with a wood fired heater for the cooler months and an evaporative cooling unit for the warmer months. We also have separate reverse cycle heating and cooling air conditioners. We have a separate study with access to reliable wifi for those of you who wish to work from home.

We also have an outdoor solar heated swimming pool. The gardens are low maintenance with automatic watering systems in place.
