Recently renovated split level house and yard in peaceful cul-de-sac, backing onto bushland. A large lawn area will require mowing at least once and large garden beds will need watering in extreme heat and dry periods. Cool off in the in ground pool which will also need to be maintained.
You will be kept company by our 17yr old Jack Russell and 12 yr old indoor cat. Both animal basically sleep all day and are pretty easy going. The old girl likes a walk every other evening and has heart medicine morning and night. We also have a budgie.
