The house is in a leafy residential area 5 kms from the Perth CBD. Approx 15 minute walk to Swan River. Easy access to public transport including bus, train and ferry services. Good shopping options locally and many dining and cafe options within easy walking distance.
Our home is a Town House in a block with a total of three separate town houses on separate titles. The building is two stories set on a land area of about 350 sq mtrs and set back from the road behind another townhouse. It is accessed by a driveway from the road.
There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, three toilets, large dining, kitchen, family area, lounge, study, two car garage, narrow rear courtyard with small garden and clothesline, large, partly covered, private courtyard at front with reticulated garden.
The downstairs area includes the kitchen, dining, family area as well as a bedroom with attached bathroom and toilet, a study, another separate toilet and a laundry.
The upstairs includes main bedroom, attached ensuite, a third bedroom and a lounge area and balcony.
The two car garage is in use. On street parking available.
‘Rusty’ is a thirteen year old poodle cross belonging to our son and is well behaved. He needs to be looked after during week days between 7am and 6 pm. He will be dropped at the house each morning Monday to Friday and picked up at around 6pm. He needs at least two walks per day, and likes a bit of company , but is not here evenings or weekends.
