Thank you Carol and Rod. You dealt with the communication of property details clearly and made us both feel welcome. They are straight forward country people and smoothed the path with the neighbours in cases of problems. They have had quite a number of house-sitters so know the routine well.
Pepsi (the horse) has a lovely nature and is easy to handle, even for a couple of people with little practical experience. He is a big fellow, but doesn't throw that weight around.

Although we took on the house sit whilst Carol & Rod were overseas it all went smoothly and they were very welcoming and grateful someone was looking after their place whilst away.
Great location, house had everything one needs and the gardens & paddocks just needed some TLC with watering & ride on mower.
When we did meet on their return and handover they proofed to be just as welcoming and easy going as they were electronically!
