Charming 1950s era Bicton house with an elevated front (there’s a few steps up to the front door). Guest bedroom available for housesitting. The house has 3 split system aircon units to keep you nice and cool and the guest bedroom also has a fan. The kitchen has a dishwasher. For those refreshing trips back from the beach, there is an outdoor shower in the front garden.

The street is very quiet and we get along well with our neighbours.

We have one very snuggly cat who is fed by an automatic feeder. She is strictly an inside only cat. You will need to keep her litter box clean, change her water daily and give her some affection.

The garden is low maintenance. There is a small veggie garden in the front. You’ll need to water it and feel free to eat any produce. There is a small espalier orange tree in the back courtyard which needs watering also.
