Sanctuary Point NSW

Our home is located in Sanctuary Point and we have a great view of the golf course from our deck. We have 1 Tenterfield Terrier desexed and vaccinations that will be up to date in 2025, Max loves everyone. All we ask while you are here is to care for and leave our home as you find it…my plants are indoor plants that grow very nicely within our dining room and lounge room areas and just need watering while you are here a bit of TLC just like our fur baby Max.There are gardens out back if you wish to take care of them during your stay but we do have a gardeners that do our trimming and mowing and look after weeding of gardens. The only gardening is inside with my indoor plants. There are lovely places to visit while you are here as in Huskisson a 10 minute drive I put some photos on of Huskisson as well as Ulladulla and it is just 45 km from here and we have local Restaurants. Nowra is only 30 km from here and in Vincentia a large shopping centre with Aldi and Woolworths, Surf Shop eateries and the like. Our local vet is 7 minutes on the way to the shopping center from our home plus the club just at the bottom of our crescent and or the Coolie Club in the Basin here . Milton /Ulladulla are a pleasant days drive to have lunch and be home before it’s night time and we never leave Max alone at night unless we go down for an early dinner to the club down the bottom of our road but we are home before dark in the Summer months Winter months we never leave him alone at night and never overnight. Jervis Bay has beautiful beaches and being late Spring and early Summer it’s lovely just to walk Max on the lead never off lead on the beaches but he hates the waves crashing he’s so worried they will come and drown us he’s a petite 9 yr old puppy at the moment he’ll be 10 yrs old in 2025 but there are really lovely beaches surrounding us. Anyway lots to do while you stay here and care for our Max the Black face going grey Tenterfield Terrier he loves the dry beach sand but not the water a whole lot. lol. Loves small walks around the block here. He is easy to feed all his food is supplied to us from Lyka Pet Food and we will have enough for him while we are away. Plus Pig Twigs for his teeth. Max might sing for you too. He travels in the car only in his bed usually facing away from the front while travelling and sleeps.. in June 2024 he lost his TT mate Mikey aged 14yrs we all love and adored him and miss him so much..so I don’t know if Max will sing anymore he does sings with me on my lap when I play the piano and sing. We have to wait to see if he does sings again. I hope he does. It hurt us so much to have to take Mikey’s photo off this site. You will find Max is adorable and everyone who comes to our home loves him. You will too. Max has a small doggy door built into our home so small dogs are ok but no cats please.
At the moment these are the times we have as our times haven’t been set as yet with the Resort we will be staying at. We will know by January 2025 the exact dates. Thank you.
