We need a house sitter

We are going away for a holiday from 26 December to 7 January and require someone to look after our two lovely pets. We have a 15 year old Devon Rex cat, Ridley, who is very quiet and sleeps most of the day, plus we have a one year old Toy Poodle, Kiwi, who is gorgeous and fun and loves people. He is very affectionate and cuddly and needs a couple of short 25 minute walks a day.
We have a three bedroom modern townhouse in Gardenvale which borders Brighton and Elsternwick. It is a five minute walk to the train station, cafes and shops and a five minute drive to the beach. There is a courtyard which requires no gardening or maintenance and we have lovely neighbours.

Kiwi was the biggest sweetheart to look after. Very well behaved and gives the best snuggles. Ridley was the most chilled out cat. Clare was very welcoming and friendly and the house was lovely to stay at too
