Balgownie NSW

This time we only need a house sitter for 4 nights and 4 1/2 days! We are looking for a dog lover who would be willing to take our much loved, active 6 yo kelpie on 2 brisk 45 minute walks each day (morning and afternoon) and hopefully spend a little time playing with him as well. If you don't think you could walk Banjo twice each day then this house sit probably won't suit you. He is a well behaved, sensitive soul with plenty of energy. He walks well on the lead and sleeps inside the house (downstairs) at night. We live in a modern 4 BR home (3 bedrooms with DBs are available for use) with 2 living/lounge areas, 2 toilets and a large bathroom. We are about a 10 minute drive from beautiful Illawarra beaches and have a bus stop 150m metres away that goes to Wollongong CBD and to our local pools. Our house is also within walking distance of a lovely escarpment. We have reliable WiFi, Netflix on 2 large smart TVs, air con and modern cooking appliances. We are only a 2 minute drive from well known Balgownie Village ( 10 minute walk). The Village has a pub, chemist, deli, cafes, bakery, post office and restaurants. Our dog Banjo would love company during the day for short periods, so this house sit would suit someone who possibly works from home and is looking for a change of scene for a few days OR an active retired couple/grey nomads who are 'in between' longer home sits! We have plenty of road space in front of our home to park a caravan and tennis courts across the road. If you think that this might suit your travel needs, then we would love to hear from you.
