Our house in in the small township of Stanley, Victoria, a 10 minute drive from the historical town of Beechworth.
We have a medium size home, with established gardens and a Border Collie named Jake who loved a pat, play and a walk.
The gardens would need a regular water if no rainfall.
Within walking distance to home there are 2 places for coffee/cake as well as a local pub.
Known for its fruit growing, Stanley has numerous farm gates that offer fresh fruit in season.
