Harrison ACT

4 bedroom 2 bathroom home in Harrison ACT in Gungahlin area. We have a small courtyard garden that is easy care and no gardening required. Off street parking will be available in the driveway. We have 2 spare rooms 1 with a double bed and the other with a queen bed which sits between a seperate bathroom and toilet for your use. We live opposite a walking/bike track along a creek. Harrison is close to Gungahlin town centre for shopping, restaurants and service centres. Tram to city is within walking distance. We have 3 small dogs. 1 is a female Jack Russell x Mini Fox terrier named Ruby and we have a small female chihuahua named Birdie and the other is a male Chihuahua named Nacho. Ruby is 15 years old, Birdie is around 5-6 years old and Nacho is 10. Being older and smaller dogs they all have limited exercise needs. Birdie enjoys a longer walk and short walk across to the creek or around the block is enough for the other 2. Ruby has twice daily heart medication which she takes readily with no fuss. They love to cuddle up and sleep a lot so they are no fuss dogs really. They have access to a dog door to outside and are quite gentle dogs. They will alert you to someone at the door or back fence but that’s about all. They love their food and treats.
