We need a house sitter

Hunter Valley - West Lake Macquarie

Private airconditioned 2 bedroom villa with garage and courtyard located in Over-55 village with great amenities, bus to shopping, friendly people, lots of activities.

Quiet over 55 single person to care for my cat Zoe. Must be non-smoker. Zoe's an indoor cat, quite affectionate and easy to look after. Water pot plants, maybe weed garden if you feel like it, no lawnmowing.

Located 3 km from Morisset, which is on the Sydney-Newcastle railway line. Free wifi. Must be over 55. Experience living in a friendly, caring community in a retirement village, see if it's right for you.

Morisset and Bonnells Bay both have shopping, hotels, etc. Toronto 20 KMs north has several clubs. Lovely Lake Macquarie not far away. Lake Macquarie council adjoins Newcastle. Both have lovely beaches.

Well-kept and comfortable house in a quiet and friendly village. I made some new friends among the residents. Valerie was very clear in her instructions on how to look after her place and her cat Zoe, and we kept in touch via messaging. Zoe is affectionate and easy to care for. She acquired a taste for my music (I play the guitar) during my stay. Bonnells Bay is a lovely place from which to explore the scenic spots around Lake Macquarie.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our housesit for Valerie looking after her 3 year old cat, Zoe who is full of personality and has been a delight to spend time with. Valerie's unit was very comfortable situated in a quiet lifestyle retirement village close to Lake Macquarie. Val left us with plenty of detailed information and instructions to help make our stay so enjoyable. We would be happy to return sometime in the future if she would like us to come and look after Zoe.
