Our house is a 4 x 2 in the beautiful Perth hills. Set on a 2000 sq metre block, we've got a beautiful garden with some lovely gum trees that attract lots of native birds. The garden is well established and while some watering is necessary, it is reasonably low maintenance. With a nice balcony that is perfect for relaxing, it's a great place to unwind. You'll have a double bed and bedroom with a reverse cycle AC. They house has two other air cons. The kitchen is large with gas cook tops, dishwasher and a brand new oven. The bathrooms/toilet are in excellent condition.

The suburb of Glen Forrest is very safe. A local supermarket, bottle shop, restaurants/cafe etc are all within a 3-4 minute drive.

Our beautful cat Monkey is our pride and joy! He's nearly 15 years old but is in very good health. There's not a lot of work involved in terms of looking after him, just changing his water bowls and taking care of this litter tray.

In March/April, the weather here shouldn't be overly hot. The garden may require a little bit of watering but should not require a huge amount of attention.
