Tinonee NSW

We are looking for a couple to take care of our house for a period of 14 days Saturday 15th February 2025 till Saturday 1st March 2025.. We live just out of a small rural village "Tinonee" approximately 20 minutes (14.6 km) from Taree, NSW on the Barrington Coast (Mid North Coast) - Taree is a large town with approximately 40,000 people and has access to all your needs. Tinonee has a small general store which is very well equipped with your general requirements. Our place is on 5 acres and there is 1.85 km of dirt road which leads into the Kiwarrak State Forest - our main concern when away are our 2 cats who are both slightly spoilt having the leisure of coming and going from inside the house and that we like to keep them inside at night. The house yard is completely fenced and dog proof (we will be taking our dogs with us). We also have chickens that need to be fed and watered daily. The house has four bedrooms with fans in all the rooms, two living areas including air conditioning, wifi and a 10 metre in ground pool. Watering may be needed depending on the season and water availability. We both work at the local hospital in Taree. Your own caravan is suitable as there is enough to setup in the driveway, completly up to yourselves.
