Three bedroom brick house 7 minutes walk from Coles. Bus stop 200 metres away. No lawn mowing, as I have a contractor come in every two weeks. Watering of garden bed. Air conditioning. Foxtel. New stove top. Very low maintenance. There is a 5 foot high fence right around the property to keep pets in, with a huge back yard. Very quiet street.

Donald's house was in an excellent place in Mackay close to everything. The birds were easy to look after as was the garden .We enjoyed the peaceful back garden.Donald was very friendly and easy to deal with.
