Our home is nestled away from the highway in the picturesque Tooborac and Heathcote region, surrounded by rolling hills, vineyards, and sweeping farmland. Tooborac, a charming rural village, is known for its relaxed country atmosphere, while Heathcote, just a short drive away, is renowned for its cool-climate wines. The area offers a perfect blend of natural beauty and outdoor opportunities, with nearby bushwalking trails, local wineries, and a rich history to explore. It's a peaceful haven, where the quiet rhythms of country life are complemented by a vibrant, welcoming community.
We're looking for a reliable house sitter to care for our home and pets. Duties include watering our indoor plants and tending to a small garden bed in the veggie patch. Our affectionate 10-year-old Papillon X, Finbar, is adorable, well house-trained, and loves attention. You’ll also be looking after our 11 chickens, ensuring they have food and water, and collecting eggs daily. The tasks are simple, the chickens are low-maintenance and Finbar will keep you company indoors! It's a peaceful, easy-going setup in a lovely rural setting!
