Paddington NSW

A fabulous location in Paddington, right next to the lush Trumper park and walking distance to local pubs and cafes. Very quiet street, friendly neighbours and a 10 minute walk to the closest train (Edgecliff) or 3 minute walk to the bus (389). Two bedrooms - one suitable for a child (my son is 10 years old) and one with a king bed. I have a friendly cavoodle (6 years old) who will need a daily walk, a cat who keeps to himself and a few fishtanks that just need food tipped in each morning. We also have a turtle in a large tank that needs food each morning (just tip it in). There is a back garden that needs watering and some pot plants. Note the map doesn't show where the house is - we are down near Trumper Park and the Four in Hand Paddington is our closest pub/restaurant. An older-style house (built in 1920) but very welcoming and clean. There are steps at the front (about 10) with no handrail so not good for people with mobility issues. A verandah at the front to enjoy morning coffee on.
